Young Professionals in Shipping Network (HK) has launched The Captain’s Table - a Global startup competition to be held in Hong Kong on 19 November 2019! YPSN (HK) which has over 1000 members was started 10 years ago as a non-profit association which provides a platform for young professionals in the maritime and logistics industry. www.ypsnhk.com
We are inviting applicants to submit innovative ideas or businesses in five main areas: Platform and Software as a service, Deeptech, Fintech & Insuretech, Education and Environment and Sustainability. The entries will be shortlisted throughout the year with the five best ideas being presented at a live final where they will compete to win a seat at The Captain’s Table. It will be held at the Asia Society, during Hong Kong Maritime Week. The purpose of our competition is to provide an alternative platform for young innovators within the industry to showcase their ideas and also a chance for investors to discover the 'next big idea(s)'.
So whether you have a brilliant idea and have just put pen to paper, or your startup is in the growth stage, this is the competition for you!
